Thank you for considering DBT Network of Utah as a resource for your clients. We provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, and families throughout Utah.

We currently accept referrals for:

• Adult Comprehensive DBT Program

• Adult DBT Informed Individual Therapy

• Adolescent DBT Program

• Maternal Mental Health Services

• Psychiatric Medication Management (ages 5–65)

Our team is committed to providing timely communication, collaborative care, and high-quality treatment. We welcome referrals from therapists, physicians, schools, hospitals, community agencies, and other healthcare providers.

If you are unsure whether a client is appropriate for one of our programs, we encourage you to submit a referral or contact our office. Our team will review the referral and help determine the most appropriate level of care and provider fit.
