Diary Card
Interpersonal Effectiveness Worksheet 13 (p. 193) - Fill this worksheet out at least twice when you feel invalidated this week.
Choose 1 of the FAST skills to work on daily and identify a specific behavior to do daily.
Fill out Interpersonal Effectiveness Worksheet 5 (p. 175), at least once. Note how you can integrate DEARMAN, GIVE, and FAST all together.

Practice as many of these skills as you can mindfully.
