    • Choose one dialectical principle to practice this week. Practice one practice a day in that area and record your practice on Interpersonal Worksheet 11A (old book pg 190; new book pg 158).

    • Add five more things to your list of signs that you are not accepting reality.

    • Name non-acceptance when you notice it this week (don’t judge it, just name it).

    • Come up with one accepting statement you can use in situations when you notice non-acceptance.
