    • Identify 3 signs for each emotional zone (low, mid, high).

    • Identify 3 skills you can use when emotional intensity is high. Practice 1 of these skills each day.

    • Complete Troubleshooting Emotion Regulation Skills (Emotion Regulation Worksheet 16 (p. 312/ 275) , at least once. Identify what interfered with regulating emotions this week or what usually interferes for you. Come to class with a plan for one of those areas.

      • Fill out about 3 different emotions

    • Challenge Three Myths/Assumptions You Have About Emotions - utilize Emotion Regulation Worksheet 3 (page 279-280 / 195-196) or write and challenge your own.
