    • Practice each Mindfulness of Current Thoughts exercise on Distress Tolerance Worksheet 12. Complete either Distress Tolerance worksheet 12 or 12A (p. 399 or p. 340).

    Skills: Managing Extreme Emotions, Troubleshooting and Review of Skills for Emotion Regulation

    Weekly Skills Practice: 

    • Diary Card

    • Emotion temperature: What are signs you are at your skills breakdown point and what skills will you use in the “red zone”?

    • Go through ER Worksheet 16, p. 312 for 2 different emotions. If the skills work for you, review all that you did to have it work on the troubleshooting page.

    Skills:  Managing Extreme Emotions and Troubleshooting Emotion Regulation and Review of Skills for Emotion Regulation
