We’re excited to introduce you to our Student Clinic, where you can receive high-quality DBT-informed therapy and/or Medication Management at an affordable price. Our clinic is designed to give you access to the same effective treatment methods as our regular clinic, but with the added benefit of working with advanced students in the field who are closely supervised by our experienced clinicians.

Our Student Clinic will utilize the Green Bottle Tiered Payment Plan which is designed to make services accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. When you come to the Student Clinic, you can choose your payment level based on what works for you—no questions asked. We ask you to be honest and mindful when selecting the amount you can afford. Your payment will help support the continued operations of the clinic and the development of future clinicians while providing you with high quality care.

To begin your journey with us, please follow these steps:
Call the Clinic: Contact us at 801.568.2898 to complete an initial screening with our receptionist.
Schedule a 15-Minute Follow-Up Appointment: Next, if we have openings, you'll book a 15-minute follow-up screening with one of our current student therapists.
Attend the Screening Appointment: Join the screening appointment online via a secure telehealth link to meet the student. This brief 15-minute appointment allows the student to assess your current treatment needs and goals to make sure that they can provide the services you need.
Intake Scheduling: If we determine that you’re a good fit for the Student Clinic, the student therapist will schedule a 90-minute intake session with you.
Attend the Intake Appointment: The intake can be held in person or via a secure telehealth platform, depending on your preference.
Decide on a Treatment Plan: At the end of your intake session, you and the student provider will collaborate to determine your follow-up treatment plan.

Individual DBT-Informed Therapy for ages 18 and up.
Comprehensive DBT Therapy for ages 18 and up, which includes:
Weekly individual therapy sessions
Weekly DBT skills classes
In-the-moment skills coaching, as needed, between sessions
Medication Management for ages 6 and up.

No Insurance is required and insurance can not be billed or used for the student clinic.

Please be mindful that if you choose a price tier at the lowest end of the scale when you can truthfully afford the higher fee, you are limiting access to those who truly need the lowest tier prices.

No Insurance Required: We do not require or bill insurance for services in our student clinic. You pay based on your chosen tier.

Flexible Payments: If your financial situation changes, you can adjust your payment tier for future services. Just notify your provider and the new tier will apply moving forward.
No Documentation Needed: You do not need to provide financial documentation or proof of income. We trust you to choose the tier that feels fair and sustainable for you.
Payment Due at the Time of Service: Payment for each session is due at the time of service, based on the tier you've selected. This allows you to pay on a per-session basis, with no upfront or hidden fees.
Convenient Payment Options: We accept payments via credit card or debit card, which can be securely kept on file for easy processing at the time of service. This allows for seamless, hassle-free payments after each session.

The Green Bottle Tiered Payment Plan is only available if you are working with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Student or Social Work Student in our Student Clinic. Our student clinicians are under close supervision from licensed professionals, providing high-quality care at a fraction of the cost. If you’re interested in using the Green Bottle Plan, you must first be enrolled in our Student Clinic, where you’ll receive the same effective therapy as in our full clinic, but at a price you can afford.
We’re committed to making DBT therapy accessible to as many people as possible, and the Green Bottle Tiered Payment Plan is one way we can give people the chance to receive the services they need. Please be honest with yourself about what you can afford. The Green Bottle Plan is designed to be flexible and supportive for everyone.
The Payment Tiers

Tier 1
The lowest price for those with limited financial resources. This tier reflects an honest acknowledgment that there are folks whose economic circumstances would prevent them from being able to access services if there was not a deliberate opportunity made for them to access services at a cost that is reflective of their economic realities. If you struggle to maintain access to needs such as health care, housing, food, child care, and are living paycheck to paycheck or are in significant debt, you likely belong here.

Tier 2
A middle price tier for those who can pay more but still need some financial flexibility. If you are struggling to conquer debt or move away from paycheck to paycheck living but have access to steady income and are not spending most of your time thinking about meeting basic needs such as food, shelter, medical care, child care, etc., you belong here. If you, however, can ask others for financial support, such as family members, partners, or friends, please consider using those personal resources to pay for Tier 3.

Tier 3
The highest tier for those who are able to contribute at a higher rate to support the clinic’s mission and sustainability. This tier reflects the full cost of services. If you have access to financial security, own property or have personal savings, you would not traditionally qualify for sliding scale services. If you are able to pay for "wants" and spend little time worrying about securing necessities in your life, this price is likely for you.
