Dez Swain: DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dez is soon to licensed as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. He is specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for kids and teens. With over 6 years of experience working with young people facing various mental health challenges, Dez is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment for learning and growth. Whether it's using mindfulness as a superpower or turning therapy sessions into a fun adventure, Dez brings a unique blend of care and creativity to the practice.
When not at the clinic, Dez enjoys playing a variety of sports, exploring the mountains of Utah with his jeep, and playing imaginative games with his wife and three daughters.
Dez has openings for new clients starting in September 2026. Until then he is helping with several of our skills classes.
