Dez Swain: DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC
Dez is licensed as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. He is specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for kids, teens, and young adults through age 25. Dez also provides medication management for individuals ages 6-65. With over 6 years of experience working with young people facing various mental health challenges, Dez is passionate about creating a supportive and engaging environment for learning and growth. Whether it's using mindfulness as a superpower or turning therapy sessions into a fun adventure, Dez brings a unique blend of care and creativity to the practice.
When not at the clinic, Dez enjoys playing a variety of sports, exploring the mountains of Utah with his jeep, and playing imaginative games with his wife and three daughters.
Dez is currently offering discounted self-pay rates through December 31, 2026 while he continues to expand his insurance network. As he becomes in network with additional insurance plans, we will begin accepting and billing those plans for his services.
