Brynn Anderson: LCSW

Brynn is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Utah who specializes in empirically supported treatments, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused therapies, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.

Brynn has extensive experience working with individuals navigating complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. She is intensively trained in DBT and has worked in settings specializing in comprehensive DBT, prolonged exposure, as well as residential and transitional levels of care. Through this work, she has supported individuals experiencing bipolar disorder, psychotic symptoms, chronic suicidal ideation, and self-harm, while continuing to refine her expertise in delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment.

Brynn is passionate about helping clients build meaningful lives, using DBT to support lasting change and movement toward a life worth living.

Outside of her clinical work, Brynn enjoys spending time with her family, working in her yard, and soaking up the sun.
